The Opportunity - About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with a can-do attitude to join our team based in Melbourne.We have a number of key projects throughout the Greater Melbourne area.Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be engaged across these current and pipeline Land Lease Community projects. Your duties will be threefold:
* Quality Management
* Contract Administration
* Project coordination
Your main duties will involve, but will not be limited to:
* Ensure projects are designed and built and delivered on time, to budget and to required quality specification
* Provide project management expertise in partnership with Development Managers and other key stakeholders
* Establish partnering relationships with relevant external head contractors, consultants and suppliers
* Ensure the Development Team is updated along the journey, ensuring seamless defecting and transition to occupation for our customers
About You
* Appropriate tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience
* Project Management or Contract Management experience working in the residential construction industry
* Construction experience or proven knowledge in domestic construction
* Proven understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contracts
* An energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to drive better outcomes
* Strong communication and customer centricity skills
