Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist the senior kitchen team in preparing and serving high-end menus, honing your skills in food preparation and presentation.
* Develop your expertise by rotating through various sections of the kitchen, including the Chef de Partie role.
* Ensure that all areas of the kitchen are clean, well-maintained, and meet food safety standards at all times.
* Contribute to upholding industry standards of excellence in service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery – Essential qualification for this role.
* 1–2 years of experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant – Ideal candidates will have demonstrated their ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Strong understanding of refined plating, station maintenance, and HACCP procedures – To ensure impeccable food quality and safety.
