The position of Senior Manager, Credit Oversight plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality, consistency and transparency of credit assessment for high-risk credit applications across business banking.
This role provides independent peer review, expert insights and coaching to strengthen analytical standards and uplift capability across commercial banking, regional & agribusiness banking and major client group.
By ensuring that high-risk credit submissions are supported by robust financial analysis and sound risk judgment this position directly contributes to prudent lending sustainable portfolio outcomes and effective risk management.
