Job Overview
The Sales Team Manager plays a vital role in driving store sales and profitability by leading a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve key metric goals.
1. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets
2. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, open communication and accountability among team members
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their sales skills and performance
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partners
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
