About this Role
The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales and distribution channels (dealers and agents). The mission is to ensure smooth, efficient channel operations — from onboarding and network configuration to ongoing performance management — while supporting sales growth, compliance, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations across all sales channels: dealers, agents, and other distribution partners. Ensuring operational processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with company policies.
* Collaboration with dealers, agents, and internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, compliance) to resolve operational issues, facilitate resource allocation, and support channel performance.
* Monitoring channel performance metrics (sales volume, coverage, compliance, partner KPIs), identifying underperformance or inefficiencies, and implementing corrective or optimization strategies.
* Supporting the development and enforcement of channel policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring each channel partner meets legal and operational requirements.
In order to excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of sales channel dynamics, dealer/agent network operations, and best practices for channel management. Your organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities are also crucial in achieving success.
