About the Role
We are looking for a strong, nurturing, hands-on Room Leader - You will inspire and support a dedicated team of educators, creating meaningful experiences for curious young minds. This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required (open/close duties).

What We’re Looking For
* Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (essential)
* Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting (essential)
* Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required
* Full Time role with availability across opening hours 6:30am - 6pm
* Valid WA Working with Children Check
* Full Australian working rights
