Base Full Time Salary: $47,538- $50,747 (Level will depend on experience), and as a leading Not for Profit you are able to access the benefits of Salary Packaging ($15,900) plus Meal/Entertainment ($2,650) increasing your fortnightly take home pay.
**Position Overview**
The Administration Officer plays an important role in supporting the operation of Family Planning Australia clinics. This is a multi-faceted role which is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and reception support to the clinics. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team.
This position is permanent part time (4 days per week).
**Selection Criteria**
- Essential (including qualifications)_
- Relevant certificate level qualifications in business administration or similar
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administration or reception role
- High level computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and data entry
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desirable_
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, including use of electronic medical record systems and client billing
- Previous experience in basic financial systems
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Other requirements_
- A Criminal Record Check and Working with Children's Check are required prior to commencement in this role
- In accordance with NSW Public Health Orders, all staff employed by Family Planning Australia are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
