Senior Roster Coordinator Job
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Senior Roster Coordinator to work in our office. The role of Roster Coordinator works to provide Scheduling services to all areas.
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Scheduler will manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, fairness, and maintaining care workers' contract hours.
* Partnering with the Admissions Team, Care Managers, and Client Liaison Managers, the Senior Scheduler will follow best practice methods to create schedules that meet the needs of clients and staff while meeting the requirements of the Enterprise Agreement.
* Ensure wise use of resources in terms of travel, makeup contract hours, overtime, and broken shifts. Rostering all education, training, vaccinations, and other operational requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre.
* Experience in managing direct reports.
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* A natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
