We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Account Manager** to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping businesses identify, implement, and optimize the CRM platform of their dreams. You'll act as the trusted advisor for your clients, providing insights, support, and solutions to ensure they have a seamless experience with their CRM systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all CRM-related needs.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client business goals and challenges to recommend the ideal CRM solution that aligns with their objectives.
- **CRM Solution Guidance**: Provide expert advice on CRM systems, functionalities, and best practices, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- **Project Management**: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage the end-to-end process of CRM platform implementation.
- **Client Onboarding & Training**: Assist clients during the onboarding process and deliver training sessions to ensure they are fully equipped to leverage their new CRM.
- **Customer Success**: Regularly check in with clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and ongoing optimization of their CRM systems.
- **Upsell & Cross-Sell**: Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients by introducing additional features or related solutions.
- **Market Insight & Reporting**: Stay up-to-date with CRM market trends and provide feedback to improve product offerings and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role in tech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to present CRM solutions in a way that resonates with varying business needs and technical understanding.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $85-90K+Super
