Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Administration Officer on a contract for 12 months.
**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- The APS5 Administration Officer is accountable under supervised direction to perform and achieve administration and information processing work within an integrated workforce.
- They are accountable to have and maintain an understanding of and compliance to relevant policy guidance, privacy principals and associated frameworks influencing their output.
- An APS5 Administration Officer will be accountable for organising their workflow and making guided decisions relating to their area of responsibility.
- They will provide advice within the Admin Officer function based on legislation, policy and procedures. They will undertake various research tasking and perform procedural or clerical support work to achieve results.
- The APS5 Administration Officer will contribute to the work of a team consistent to a work plan and provide advice and assistance on methods of task completion to team members.
- The APS5 Administration Officer will be required to engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice on issues to achieve work unit and Department's outcomes. They will be accountable to contribute towards ongoing self-improvement and professional development.
This role may involve exposure to material and situations that may be confronting or disturbing, and that may cause personal distress. The Taskforce has a range of wellbeing supports available to staff both during and after their time with the Taskforce.
