Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 Administration Officer on a contract for 3 months. 
Position Overview 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
Reporting to an Assistant Director, the main responsibilities will be:_ 
Providing administrative support to a team of assessors, including support needed for meetings, calendar arrangements and scribing. 
Working in a virtual environment in a team that works in office locations across Australia. 
Requirements of the role: 
Strong experience in providing administrative support services 
Proficiency in ICT systems such as Microsoft e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams or similar. 
Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. 
Robust organisational skills, initiative and flexibility to manage a workload and perform under pressure. 
The ability to quickly understand new processes to support the Exemption Team. 
Ability to be flexible and work within a team to meet deadlines and ensure work is delivered against Commission objectives. 
The ability to act professionally and display the behaviours in accordance with the APS Values and Code of Conduct.
