Base Pay Range
A$140,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads for fit, needs, and budget
- Represent cloud-based and AI-powered solutions for digital transformation
- Build and maintain prospect relationships, setting meetings for BDMs
- Proactive prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM research
- Maintain and update CRM data with accuracy
- Support reporting on lead qualification metrics
- Research background for prospect calls; share engagement insights with the team
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management to drive opportunity creation
- Experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or related sales roles
- Professional services software background or ability to learn new industries quickly
- Proven ability to qualify leads and uncover client needs
- High energy, self-motivated, and commercially minded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-driven, organised, and CRM disciplined
