Through your support, guidance, and encouragement, participants build confidence, develop skills that improve life outcomes and take steps toward long-term employment.Your day-to-day will involve:Developing career pathways using SMART goal settingConnecting participants with training, support services, and community resourcesGuiding participants through resume writing, cover letters, interview preparation, and job applicationsProviding financial support through our Employment Fund when eligibleCoaching, motivating, and empowering participants to achieve their employment goalsNo prior industry experience?
