Agricultural Machinery Expert
This role involves assessing damage to light and heavy agricultural vehicles and machinery. You will coordinate repairs, ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes for our customers and us. Key responsibilities include conducting accurate assessments, recommending best-practice repair methods in line with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings technical expertise and a strong regional focus. Ideal candidates have:
* A relevant mechanical trade qualification and licence.
* Solid agricultural knowledge, especially in farm machinery and equipment.
* Experience in claims assessment (preferred but not essential).
* Solid experience of repair methods and settlement types is essential for success.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships.
* High-level written and verbal communication abilities.
* Confidence with digital systems and solid IT skills are highly valued.
* Great planning and time management skills.
* A quality- and cost-focused approach to claims management.
* Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus.
