Job Overview
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you'll play a crucial part in helping the business attract, onboard and mobilise talent at scale.
* You will support end-to-end recruitment processes including generating employment contracts, processing pre-employment screening information, coordinating vetting processes with internal teams and third-party providers. You'll drive swift onboarding journeys ensuring all recruitment activity remains compliant with relevant legislation and internal controls.
* You are required to arrange interviews, assessments and recruitment events while supporting candidate sourcing through CV databases, LinkedIn internal systems maintaining talent pools pipelines conducting basic screening telephone qualification as needed using MyHR Recruitment System producing clear concise reporting managing invoice processes ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations acting central point of contact for candidates providing reassurance through clear communication delivering smooth professional onboarding experiences working closely hiring managers HR colleagues suppliers building positive professional relationships supporting the profile Recruitment Onboarding team across the organisation acting as a positive flexible reliable team member during periods of change monitoring opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives undertaking other duties as reasonably requested by management.
