Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to a few years of industry experience, this role gives you the chance to work on real production systems from day one. The code you write won't sit on the sidelines-it will help shape the core frameworks, services, and components that hundreds of developers across TechnologyOne rely on every day.
What you'll be doing:
* Building modern, responsive front-end experiences using React and Typescript, with a focus on usability and performance.
* Developing and evolving .NET/C# services and APIs that are reliable, secure, and scalable.
* Growing a deep understanding of the platform's design and architecture, and how large-scale SaaS systems are built.
* Contributing to shared frameworks, libraries, and components that make life easier for product teams.
* Writing clean, well-tested code and learning how to operate software in production at scale.
* Collaborating closely with experienced engineers, architects, business analysts, and product teams to solve real problems.
* Learning how to design for performance, resilience, and maintainability in distributed systems and cloud environments.
Your Talents…
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience (through work, internships, or projects) with React and Typescript and/or .NET/C#.
* A solid understanding of software fundamentals: data structures, APIs, version control, and testing.
* Pride in your code and a desire to continuously improve it.
* Curiosity, persistence, and the confidence to ask questions and take on new challenges.
* Desirable technical experience in AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.
