Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and client services across various business areas within the Justice Service Centres.
About the Role:
* Provide accurate and timely administrative support services, including responding to enquiries from staff and the general public.
* Assist with correspondence management, such as Court documents, fines, and Birth Deaths & Marriages submissions.
* Maintain electronic information and filing systems.
* Perform reception duties, answer telephone calls, and provide information to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct financial duties, including procurement, accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders, cash handling, payment processing, and banking.
About You:
* A strong background in administration would be advantageous.
* The ability to assist clients navigate the linkages between the department's range of services is essential.
