**See yourself in our team**:
The Customer Channel and Data team at Commbank is responsible for the delivery of key strategic priorities across all customer segments and products of the Business Bank.

The **Business Banking Services team **is our Contact Centre which supports a range of products and supports all BB customers through our 24/7 call centre, merchant support and lending support.

**Do work that matters**:
As an Executive Assistant within the Business Banking Services team, you will support the GM in a 1:1 role and provide assistance to their teams on a regular basis. You will be responsible for managing day to day activity, organise travel and HR support, coordinate events, provide assistance with planning, and manage actions and issues closure on behalf of the leadership team. You will coordinate with other EAs within the broader CCD team on a regular basis.
- This is a permanent role based at South Eveleigh (Axle). You will be required to work from other locations from time to time. We also offer remote working and a flexible workplace. _

**Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to**:

- Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative and business support
- Diary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of their time
- Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings
- Coordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders - including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings
- Arrange events/functions/off-sites/team building events, including catering where required
- Participate in meetings and coordinate agendas, actions and tracking
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Process financials, including expenses and invoices and appropriate approvals
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting similar leadership teams
- Superior skills in Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment - manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible
- High level of pragmatic professionalism and strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong events, planning, prioritisation and organizational skills
- Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Availability on-site at Sydney offices, with variable hours and remote working
