We're seeking an experienced Employment lawyer to join LOD and work on assignment with one of our high profile clients. In this role, you'll provide practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of employment and workplace health and safety matters. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders and HR, navigating both advisory and contentious issues including complex and sensitive matters.
This opportunity is available immediately. Full‐time availability is ideal, but at LOD you choose the work pattern that suits your life. Let us know what works for you - we're open to part‐time and flexible arrangements.
You will:
* have a minimum of 5 years PQE;
* have strong employment law experience from an in‐house environment and/or a mid‐tier or top‐tier law firm;
* have the ability to 'hit the ground running' and manage matters with minimal supervision; and
* ideally, be available to commence on short notice.
