About This Role
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of a store.
* Develop and implement daily operations plans to achieve business objectives.
* Lead and train staff to improve their skills and productivity.
* Manage staff rostering, payroll and performance appraisals to ensure fair treatment and compliance with regulations.
* Ensure workplace safety, food handling practices and company standards are met at all times.
* Monitor and control revenue and expenses to optimize profitability.
* Source and manage inventory, suppliers and negotiate prices to reduce costs.
* Plan and execute visual merchandising, promotional activities and product displays to drive sales.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide exceptional service to build brand loyalty.
* Review and refine policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with local teams to develop effective marketing strategies and promote the brand.
