What you'll do
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a hands‐on role in driving test automation forward across CORTO's accounting and AI‐driven products.
You'll work closely with product managers, developers, DevOps and other QEs to ensure quality is built in early, releases are reliable, and automation keeps pace as new products and features are shipped.
The environment is fast‐moving and product‐heavy, with multiple new products and features being built from the ground up. You'll be working across greenfield initiatives and evolving platforms, improving quality practices, and shaping how quality engineering scales as the product portfolio grows.
* Oversee the day-to-day tasks of Quality Engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality AI Applications
* Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks across web, API, and mobile products
* Contribute up‐skilling team members through workshops, training, and paired programming sessions
* Perform code reviews to ensure compliance to established test frameworks
* Execute regression, smoke & exploratory test cycles on the products
* Take active role in QE process improvements to help increase quality in AI Application delivery
* Work closely with developers and DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
What you'll bring
* Strong hands‐on experience with automated testing across APIs, web, and/or mobile platforms
* Experience working with AI for testing and/or testing AI based systems (e.g. Langsmith for LLM Evaluation)
* Confidence working with modern CI/CD workflows and version control
* Experience testing backend systems, APIs, and data‐heavy applications
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)
* Ability to work effectively in fast‐changing, loosely structured environments
