About The Opportunity As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with the right audio solutions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Serving customers, selling products, and meeting customer needsMeeting and exceeding KPIs and agreed sales targetsProcessing sales and warranty claims while liaising with customers and suppliersResponding to online and phone queries via the A2A helpdesk systemMaintaining immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standardsEnsuring compliance with OH&S; requirementsWorking flexible hours (must be available Tuesdays - Fridays, 10am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 5pm) About You The successful candidate will have:Strong knowledge, experience, and passion for audio technology (essential)Previous experience in retail sales or consultancy with a proven track record of achieving KPIsA confident sales approach with a professional and friendly demeanourExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work to deadlines and manage tasks efficientlyStrong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude What's in it for You?
