The Management Support Specialist will supervise administrative/reception staff, develop, implement and maintain efficient systems, policies and procedures for intake and referral, appointments, financial management, human resource management, asset management, facilities maintenance, and records management.
The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate while building and maintaining relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the team, including developing and implementing efficient systems and procedures
Leadership:
Serve as a leader and mentor to administrative/reception staff
Financial Management:
Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and budgeting
Human Resource Management:
Oversee human resource functions, including recruitment, training and performance management
Asset Management:
Manage assets, including equipment and property
Facilities Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
Records Management:
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
