Property Transactions Specialist

Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential, farming and commercial property transactions.

* Provide high-quality conveyancing services to clients, preparing and reviewing necessary documentation
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders for smooth settlement processes
* Conduct title and property searches, prepare settlement statements
* Advise clients on their rights and obligations throughout the conveyancing process
* Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* 2+ years of experience as a Conveyancer, ideally including farm settlements
* Excellent knowledge of conveyancing laws, regulations and best practices
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology
