As a Senior Associate in our Business Tax team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalised tax planning, compliance services, and strategic guidance that optimises our clients/' tax positions while protecting their long-term interests. You/'ll be working with clients across diverse industries, from family enterprises to growing businesses at pivotal moments in their journey.

What you'll do
- Prepare and review client tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Advise on tax-efficient strategies to optimise clients/' tax positions, including succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganisation
- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, so you can identify potential tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, protecting clients/' interests
- Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations
What we're looking for
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification (or working towards)
- A background in tax accounting with expertise in business tax, tax planning, and tax compliance
- Experience in preparing and drafting tax documents
- Learning agility with an interest in AI's influence on the tax landscape, and the ability to adapt to new environments
