The EI Sales and Marketing team has been the driving force behind our recent success and after over-achieving quarterly targets for the last 4 years is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us achieve our bold future plans.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for taking the lead in developing and executing comprehensive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

With a direct internal report and budget/agency control, you will have complete responsibility for the strategies that not only deliver against brand growth and product-specific lead generation objectives but work alongside sales as they turn marketing-generated conversations into new customers.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven and commercial in nature, with proven experience driving business growth. **About the role**
- Own and develop the marketing strategies that will accelerate company growth
- Responsible for all areas of growth marketing including website, paid media, automation, conversion, optimisation and campaigns.
- Work alongside the Content Manager to drive SEO performance and deliver organic campaigns
- Own paid campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement and retention while providing a strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
- Analyse all aspects of the conversion funnel, mobile and web traffic and paid campaigns to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximise these opportunities
- Work alongside the sales team to derive insights and opportunities across the lead conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with business leaders to influence product direction and execute growth strategies
- Generate weekly, and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search KPIs.

**About you**
- Relevant qualifications and training in digital, marketing, or another relevant field;
- At least 5 years experience in B2B growth marketing, with strengths in digital channel management and nurture programs;
- Proven experience in creating and delivering digital strategy and tactical plans for both always-on channels and segmented campaigns;
- Proven track record of leading, ideating and executing growth initiatives;
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive action;
- Experience in CRM, database management/lifecycle management and nurture programs (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Pardot preferred);
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, CRO, Remarketing, ROI/ROAS, Analytics and CRM reporting
- Desire to work within a sales and marketing environment where you will be involved from awareness to lead generation and customer conversion.
