What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Infrastructure Business Support to lead critical business functions within the Engineering Services department. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, compliance, and customer service excellence across a diverse range of operational and strategic activities.
What Your Day Will Look Like
* Lead and support the Business Support team.
* Streamline processes and improve customer service systems.
* Maintain governance registers and manage financial administration.
* Oversee communications for capital projects and funding programs.
* Coordinate land acquisition and compliance activities.
* Keep shovel-ready projects and the 10-year Capital Works Program up to date.
* Develop tools and systems for project planning and prioritisation.

What You'll Need For Success
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven experience in business process improvement and governance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Ability to quickly learn local government operations, capital works planning, asset management and compliance frameworks.
* High-level organisational and problem-solving skills.
