* The Lead Academic Director provides vision and practical expertise to shape meaningful learning experiences from ELC to Year 12.
* Key responsibilities include leading curriculum design, implementation, and review, as well as mentoring and developing staff to foster a culture of reflective practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven educational leadership experience, ideally in a faculty or departmental leadership role, with the capacity to lead diverse teams and drive strategic initiatives.
* Deep expertise in one or more Humanities disciplines, along with a broad understanding of the Humanities landscape and current curriculum developments.
* A strong track record in curriculum development, assessment design, and pedagogical innovation, with demonstrated experience aligning programs to various frameworks.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with staff, students, parents, and external partners.
