About the role
Deliver home‐based Occupational Therapy services in the Bendigo region for clients aged 65+ accessing services through their Support at Home (SAH) package. Focus on functional independence, environmental modification, equipment prescription, and reablement.
This is an ongoing permanent position with full‐time or flexible FTE options, including family‐friendly hours and varied working days.
You will receive regular one‐to‐one supervision and support from our Practice Lead, as well as from a large team of OTs, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on‐site staff.
We provide general support and generous financial reimbursement for professional development to help you build skills in your areas of interest.
About you
You are an Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning skills, a client‐centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning. You are motivated to deliver high‐quality care, adapt to varied client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture.
You value evidence‐based practice and support older adults to maximise independence, safety, and wellbeing.
