About This Opportunity
The Project Officer supports the Campus Planning team within the Property & Facilities division, assisting with project and space planning, documentation, communication, signage, data management, and other planning activities. The role contributes to campus master planning, space analysis, stakeholder engagement, and asset planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support delivery of strategic planning projects, including coordination and evaluation.
2. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance.
3. Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and events.
4. Draft communications, reports, and related materials.
5. Manage data entry, retrieval, and reporting, including space audits.
6. Assist with signage and wayfinding graphic delivery.
7. Provide administrative and committee support.
8. Liaise with stakeholders to support collaboration and project outcomes.

Candidate Profile
We seek an adaptable project officer with strong coordination, communication, and time management skills. Knowledge of graphic design software is advantageous.
* Degree or diploma in a relevant field, with relevant experience or equivalent
* Experience in project teams or similar roles preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Archibus is a plus
* Project management experience and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to learn project management software quickly
* Customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills
* Strong report-writing and problem-solving skills
