Job Description
Project Management & Delivery
* Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping to handover, ensuring milestones are met and installations comply with Sika's global and local standards.
* Develop project schedules and manage CAPEX budgets effectively.
Stakeholder Management
* Liaise with internal teams, site managers, and external contractors throughout project implementation.
* Prepare business cases, technical specifications, and post-implementation reviews for senior management.
On-Site Support & Safety
* Supervise on-site installations, ensuring work is performed safely and to high standards.
* Conduct safety risk assessments for new equipment and processes, adhering to Sika's WHS protocols.
Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement
* Identify and resolve engineering challenges during project implementation.
* Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
* Understanding of Australian Standards (AS/NZS) relevant to machinery and manufacturing
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, Layouts)
* Proficiency in Project Management software and CAD applications
* Valid licence and willingness to travel to various national sites
