The Opportunity
Come and join our team
We are seeking a Disability Support Worker located in the southern Perth region to work across our houses in Maddington, Spearwood, Camillo and Carlisle as well as some of our Community clients.
You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
Providing support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance support and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Provide care to clients pets
Qualifications & Experience
At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
Australian Drivers Licence
Shifts
This is a true casual position; the hours are ad-hoc based on rostering requirements.
