About the Role:

* Deliver onboarding and system training for staff members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
* Maintain hazard, compliance, and WHS registers as required to guarantee data integrity.
* Collaborate with teams to embed WHS system use into daily operations and drive business growth.
* Provide insightful reports and analysis on WHS performance and compliance to inform strategic decisions.
* Drive improvement through system feedback, enhancement, and stakeholder engagement.
About You:
* Experience in supporting digital systems and/or advanced administration skills in a WHS setting is highly valued.
* Ability to train and guide users on software tools to promote user adoption and proficiency.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
* An understanding of WHS compliance and legislation is preferred but not mandatory.
