Job Overview
We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to commence immediately. Based in our Southport office next to Brickworks, you will play a crucial role in our day‑to‑day project administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Input and manage data with a high level of accuracy
* Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable and work orders processing
* Process supplier payments in accordance with agreed trading terms
* Process and perform bank reconciliations
* Follow up on outstanding payments
* Support the team with general administrative duties as needed
Skills & Experience required
* Previous experience in a similar accounts/admin role
* Proficiency with XERO is preferred
* Understanding of Microsoft Office software and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Experience with Prime would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
