CAMILLA is looking for a dynamic Boutique Business Manager to lead our new Engine Yards Boutique in Rosebery, full-time.
We're searching for a passionate, commercially minded leader with a flair for styling, an eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
In this role you'll own boutique performance across sales, client experience, operations and people — driving results with strategic thinking, creativity and leadership that reflects the CAMILLA spirit.
Leading & Inspiring Your Tribe

Driving Sales & Business Growth
- Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and implement commercial strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Manage P&L, monitor key metrics and make data-led decisions to optimise performance.

- Champion luxury-level service by nurturing authentic client relationships and delivering a seamless, elevated experience that embodies the essence of CAMILLA.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Ensure the boutique operates efficiently through effective rostering, expense management and inventory control. Partner closely with internal teams to uphold compliance and operational best practice.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Bring the CAMILLA world to life through exceptional visual execution, sensory storytelling and alignment with campaign direction.
People & Performance Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development for your Boutique Tribe. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback and recognise success to empower individual growth.
Community & Client Engagement
- Strengthen the boutique's presence by hosting local events and experiences that build community connection and deepen client loyalty.
