Building Automation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage existing service accounts and relationships in the building automation sector.
This role is responsible for:
* Managing existing service accounts and clients with exceptional customer service skills.
* Developing new business through warm-calls, networking, and relationship-building.
* Entertaining and meeting with clients regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Addressing project and service account issues in a timely manner.
* Estimating, selling, setting up, and managing service accounts and repairs.
* Reviewing service tickets and following up as necessary.
* Coordinating work execution with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator.
* Maintaining relationships internally, with clients, and with vendors.
* Reviewing projects and service accounts regularly.
* Managing profit and loss (P/L) responsibilities.
* Cross-selling and promoting other company services.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or relevant industry experience.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
Additional qualifications include:
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales, accounts, and projects.
* Professional demeanor at all times, with a willingness to work under pressure from clients, vendors, and internal coordination.
