Provide Speech Pathology services in a single clinic, with a team approach and a commitment to evidence-based practice. You’ll work with children across mild developmental delay through to complex/multiple disabilities, and you’ll be supported through structured induction, discipline-specific supervision, and flexible PD planning as you build advanced skills. Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 Car Enhancement Clinical Skills Caseload & ages You’ll be working primarily with children (paediatric focus), with a caseload that can include: Mild developmental delays (early language, speech sound, literacy foundations) Neurodevelopmental presentations including autism Complex and multiple disabilities, including clients who may be wheelchair users AAC clients and those requiring equipment / assistive technology support A balanced mix of assessment therapy, with the ability to shape your clinical interests as you settle in Client funding mix: 80% NDIS-funded / 20% private (including GP referrals/plans). Delivery model & travel Primarily clinic-based : purpose-built clinic environment with strong resources School visits as needed to support participation and carryover Occasional regional outreach travel (not constant travel) Fleet vehicles available for outreach/visits, you’re not expected to rack up your own car Telehealth/remote work is possible for remote clients, but the clinic is very set up for in-person work and most clinicians prefer the in-clinic model.
