About the Role
The Events Coordinator is responsible for managing the Engineers Australia Excellence Awards, delivering a high-quality experience for stakeholders while showcasing engineering excellence and recognizing outstanding achievements.
Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with team members and key stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and deliver meaningful outcomes.
* Ensure best practice by coordinating service delivery standards, policies, processes, and procedures with team members and colleagues.
* Leverage networks by engaging with office bearers and volunteers as needed to assist in planning and delivering awards and events.
* Deliver excellence by ensuring award events provide outstanding customer service and maintain accurate data for seamless operations.
* Support team growth by providing training and upskilling to new team members and collaborating with the broader Professional Development team as needed.
