Visual Merchandising Manager – Valiram | Bath & Body Works

Note: This role requires travel across stores in QLD, WA, VIC, and NSW.

As the Visual Merchandising Manager for Bath & Body Works, you will be the creative authority and strategic lead behind our in-store experience across ANZ. This is a pivotal role where creativity meets strategy, and where your vision shapes how customers experience one of the world's most loved fragrance and body-care brands.
You will guide visual direction across the region, translating global brand standards into locally relevant, high-impact execution. Acting as the key link between the ANZ market and our regional teams in Malaysia and Singapore, you will ensure every store delivers a consistent, elevated, and multi-sensory brand experience — flawlessly and commercially.

What You'll Lead & Deliver
Own and elevate the VM strategy for Bath & Body Works ANZ
Translate global guidelines into local execution that drives engagement and sales
Lead VM planning, rollouts, and execution excellence across new stores, refits, and seasonal campaigns
Partner closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Regional VM teams to deliver seamless brand implementation
Manage VM budgets, cost controls, and resource planning with commercial discipline
Train, coach, and inspire store and field teams to deliver world-class visual standards
Act as the primary VM liaison between ANZ and regional offices in Malaysia and Singapore
Analyse store performance, customer behaviour, and feedback to continuously refine VM strategies
About You
You are a creative leader with a commercial mindset, equally confident in strategy and hands-on execution.
Your background includes:
A degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
3–5+ years' experience in VM, retail operations, or customer experience leadership
Proven success executing VM strategies across multiple stores or regions
Experience in luxury or premium retail (highly regarded)
Exposure to e-commerce or digital merchandising (an advantage)
