Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify barriers to recovery, participation and employment
* Develop tailored rehabilitation, recovery and return-to-work plans
* Manage a caseload of clients with physical, psychological and/or psychosocial presentations
* Liaise with employers, insurers, medical practitioners, support coordinators and other stakeholders
* Complete workplace assessments, job analysis and vocational assessments
* Support clients to achieve return-to-work, employment and independence goals
* Facilitate case conferences and stakeholder meetings
* Provide vocational counselling, job-seeking support and employment planning
* Prepare high-quality reports, recommendations and case notes
* Build strong relationships with referral partners and employers
About You

* Relevant professional registration or membership

* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
