Senior Brand Manager - OTC Healthcare / B2B / Scale Up

Job Description
The Senior Brand Manager will leverage their strategic mindset and product marketing expertise to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote Montu’s brands and products. They will lead brand marketing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive growth, brand consistency, and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand growth, including market analysis, positioning, segmentation, forecasting, product launches, and demand generation campaigns.
* Identify growth opportunities and evaluate current marketing initiatives for optimization.
* Develop product launch strategies.
1. Brand Identity Development
* Collaborate on creating visual identities, messaging, style guides, and packaging for new brands.
* Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition.
* Develop visual narratives to engage audiences across touchpoints.
1. Campaign Management
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events targeting a clinical audience.
* Monitor sales and adjust promotional plans accordingly.
* Manage campaign calendars and stay updated on industry trends.
1. Marketing Collateral Creation
* Oversee creation of marketing materials like eDMs, brochures, banners, and digital assets.
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications and online content.
1. Project Management
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution, monitor timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Manage stakeholders and address challenges proactively.
1. Data-Driven Decision Making
* Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategies.
* Use KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 8 years in product/brand management within OTC Healthcare.
* Proven leadership, strategic marketing, and brand development experience.
* Experience with category management, marketing to healthcare professionals, and product launches.
* Strong analytical skills, understanding of branding principles, and ability to target clinical audiences effectively.
