In this role, you will play a pivotal leadership role across all year levels from 7 to Year 12 in shaping and advancing the educational direction of the school, ensuring that curriculum priorities align seamlessly with both school and departmental initiatives. This position reports directly to the Principal or delegate and requires a strong commitment to educational excellence and accountability.

* Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
* Form partnerships with students, parents, other government and non-government agencies, and community groups.
* Lead AIP focus areas of reading, assessment literacy and student engagement, informed by evidenced-based pedagogy.
* Align the three levels of curriculum planning to the Australian Curriculum and the requirements of the K -12 Framework.
* Data analysis - Student Levels of Achievement and NAPLAN.
* Oversee and facilitate the implementation of the school's wellbeing and pastoral care program.
* Support a collaborative school culture focused on improvement, strong relationships, and student success.
