The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in Workday Human Capital Management and Learning products, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

* Becoming an expert in Workday HCM and Learning products with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

* Providing recommendations based on client requirements, timelines, and budgets, while being flexible to adapt scope as additional needs are identified.

* Guiding clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of unique business requirements at all project stages.
">
* Regularly engaging and supporting clients through all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
">
* Performing multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients, project teams, and engagement managers abreast of changes or progress related to the project.

* Working alongside integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday solutions and client-selected payroll and benefits providers.
">
* Taking a leadership position on projects, collaborative leads, and/or DA reviewers.
">
* Displaying hands-on expertise in software, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
">
* Utilizing technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
">

Key Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or a related field is required.
">
* At least 2 years of experience in implementing Workday HCM and Learning functional solutions is highly desired.
">
* 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software is required.
">
* 2-5 years of experience implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software is highly desired.
">
* Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines is required.
">
* Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial Management is essential.
">
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
