We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the leadership team.
This role is not a traditional diary-only EA position - it's a fast-paced, high-responsibility job at the heart of a mission-driven organization. You'll help coordinate complex projects, manage sensitive relationships, and ensure that our leaders can focus on strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Manage schedules, travel, communications, and briefing notes for the leadership team.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with ambassadors, school principals, heads of industry, and government partners - ensuring communication is clear, professional, and aligned to our values.
* Project Coordination: Support planning and delivery of community programs and events, ensuring all moving parts are tracked and executed.
* Information Management: Prepare documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard. Capture, organize, and follow through on priorities.
* Meeting & Event Support: Organize key meetings, workshops, and engagements; manage logistics and ensure smooth operations.
* Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with absolute professionalism and care.

About This Role:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior administrative partner in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse groups of people.
* Exceptional organizational ability with a track record of juggling competing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital collaboration tools and quick to adopt new systems.
