Perth Seasonal Clerkship Program (Nov 2026)
The three-week clerkship program is available in either Summer 2026 or Winter 2027. You will gain exposure to real work on real files for clients, participate in learning and career development programs for all roles and levels, and benefit from a culture that supports diversity and inclusion across the firm. On commencement, you participate in an induction program to understand who we are, our clients, the work we do and how we do it.
You will be assigned to one practice group for your clerkship and will have an allocated support network at all levels for guidance and support throughout your clerkship. In addition to on‐the‐job learning, you will benefit from lunchtime partner connect sessions where you will hear from partners about their experiences and learn about different areas of practice.
Your role
You will complete a broad range of tasks, such as conducting research, reviewing and presenting documents, attending client meetings, court hearings, mediations and settlements, and shadowing partners and lawyers in client meetings. You will receive regular feedback during your clerkship as well as a formal feedback session at the conclusion of the program.
