The Opportunity Reporting to the CFO, you’ll own and execute the full property lifecycle - from network strategy and site acquisition to capital planning, leasing, and facilities management. Leading a team of experienced senior managers across leasing, facilities, and capital works, you’ll drive high performance, embed best-in-class systems, and deliver high-quality, safe environments that enhance customer experience. You’ll play a central role in shaping the future footprint of this organisation: managing acquisitions and divestments, overseeing multimillion-dollar capital programs, and introducing smarter ways of working across design, delivery, and asset management. Key Focus Areas Network Growth : Lead portfolio optimisation, greenfield acquisitions, and strategic divestments Capital Works : Drive end-to-end delivery of upgrades and new builds with a focus on safety, quality, and user experience Leasing : Strengthen governance, commercial terms, and landlord relationships across a national leasehold portfolio Facilities : Implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions for preventative and reactive maintenance Technology & Reporting : Introduce best-in-class platforms and transparent reporting frameworks for strategic decision-making Team Leadership : Build a high-performing, collaborative property team aligned to a wider mission-driven culture You’ll Bring Senior leadership experience managing complex, multi-site property portfolios Strong capability across acquisitions, leasing, divestments, asset strategy and capital project delivery Commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling and negotiation skills A pragmatic, people-first leadership style that empowers and uplifts A deep understanding of WHS, compliance, and operational risk A passion for driving change, embedding systems, and delivering results This is an opportunity to lead with purpose - in an environment that values trust, collaboration, innovation, and impact.
