The Opportunity
CSR are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing sites in Western Sydney.
Based at Cecil Park, this role has regional accountability for driving asset reliability, safety performance, cost efficiency and team capability across a complex, fast‐paced manufacturing network. You will work closely with Manufacturing Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure maintenance strategies are fully aligned with production objectives, supply chain priorities and long‐term asset performance.
The role combines strategic planning and hands‐on leadership, requiring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and the ability to influence and lead teams through continuous improvement and change. You will be instrumental in embedding best‐practice maintenance, championing Zero Harm, and moving the operation toward world‐class manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute regional maintenance strategy, including preventative and predictive maintenance programs
* Oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites, ensuring alignment to production and business objectives
* Lead, mentor and develop high‐performing, multidisciplinary maintenance teams
* Champion Reliability‐Centred Maintenance (RCM), continuous improvement and best‐practice methodologies
* Plan and manage regional maintenance budgets, CAPEX and improvement projects
* Use CMMS, SAP and asset data to drive performance, reliability and cost optimisation
* Partner with manufacturing leaders and cross‐functional teams to support supply chain excellence
* Ensure compliance with WHSE, environmental and regulatory requirements, driving a Zero Harm culture
* Act as the regional escalation point for maintenance initiatives, projects and stakeholder engagement
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial or complex manufacturing environment
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering or related discipline preferred)
* Strong experience leading maintenance across multiple sites or regional operations
* Proven capability with Lean, RCM and continuous improvement frameworksAdvanced use of SAP/CMMS data, KPIs and analytics to inform decisions
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance fiscal discipline and asset reliability
* Demonstrated success building and leading high‐performance teams
* Strong stakeholder, union and change leadership capability
