* Developing good relationships with new clients
* Prospect for new business and manage an effective CRM
* Negotiate property sales
* Conduct property listing presentations

* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Representative Certificate)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
* A current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
* Great personal presentation
