About The RoleAs the Guidance Officer, you will provide expert advice, leadership and support in the development and delivery of programs that promote student wellbeing, engagement and success. The role focuses on implementing preventative and early intervention strategies that address students' personal, social, emotional and educational needs, and support the development of resilience and lifelong learning skills. This position is part of a whole-school approach to student support and is delivered in collaboration with staff, families and external agencies.
