We're looking for an experienced and creative retail Marketing Specialist to increase sales, get buyers attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience. The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability. Key duties and responsibilities: Visual Merchandising including but not limited to defining and contributing to the creative visual merchandising strategy for seasonal campaigns, promotions and always on branding Develop, revise or brief new visual displays Create content and work with the design team to produce customer information documents such as fliers and brochures Manage the end to end process of all collateral required in-store for seasonal campaigns Maintaining an up-to-date POS library of all collateral Maintain an up-to-date library of in-store fittings that relates to communications Manage instore events including store openings Locking in VM displays, EDMs, Digital signage, Socials, and competitions with Shopping centre partners e.g. Westfield, Stockland, Vicinity, GTP etc for all Shoes & Sox promotions and seasonal launches Participate in brainstorms, aligning creative ideas with social media trends, business objectives and brand Collaborate with Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer on creating content for social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Cut, edit and upload content accordingly using business tools and scheduling platforms Assist with influencer campaigns including strategically selecting talent, briefing, approving content and all other requirements involved Assist with on brand partnerships and collaborations that include social giveaways or competitions Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Team to develop acquisition and retention campaigns The skills and experience you offer us: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Visual Manager or Retail Marketer Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices Experience in management across multiple projects and stakeholders A strong commercial mindset and an ability to effectively interpret data and employ strategy accordingly Proficiency in MS Office Creative and innovative thinker Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results Bachelors's degree in Business, Commerce, Communications or similar Creative credentials in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual or similar A graphic design background would be a plus, but not a prerequisite The perks we offer you: Pet friendly workspace - yes, you can bring your dog to work!
