Senior Plastic Welder / Lead Plastic Welder
Location: Landsdale (WA). Employment Type: Full‐Time (from $95k + Overtime).
The Role
A senior, hands‐on role for an experienced plastic welder to deliver high‐quality fabrication, train junior staff, and travel interstate to client sites to supervise work progress.
Key Requirements
* Senior-level with 8+ experience in plastic welding and fabrication.
* Strong understanding of quality control, inspection, and fabrication tolerances.
* Experience working with engineered thermoplastic tanks designed to German Design Code DVS 2205.
* Strong skills in butt and extrusion welding.
* Experience with PE and PP materials.
* Strong leadership mindset with experience training and mentoring staff.
* Willingness to travel interstate within Australia.
* Comfortable working on client sites to supervise work progress and installations.
* Able to liaise professionally with site teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
